How many people are needed to put up a mast?

quite a few apparently! today the boats were craned into the water at elie, so it was all hands on deck...um yeah. sailing a boat this size is a bit new to my dad so the lovely other members of the sailing club helped him put the mast up.
was such a sunny and warm day - yay! not looking forward to going back to st andies tomorrow! im quite enjoying being on holiday :(
