Wise words

Long but good day. Spent 4 hours in a meeting about a lean review of Direct Payments, was a bit sceptical to start with, little less so now. Got to go in the council chambers though which was pretty cool, wasn't allowed to play with the mics though.

Been working on the garden over the last couple of days. I think the sign on the gate sums up my life in a nutshell (although not even the dogs are allowed on the grass!). My potatoes seems to be poking though which is very exciting. Someone at work told me that you need to keep covering the shoots as they come though, I have never grown potatoes, anyone know if that is right???
