Ooyah, ooyah

First official day of my week off, lovely weather so I reckoned as good a day as any to get the cars cleaned.

First, Mrs MorFF's car, then the Panzer, including a polish in true Mr Miyagi style; wax on, wax off.

This, on top of the garden spring clearance from yesterday and my general lack of fitness, meant I was feeling a bit achey in the back and shoulder department tonight.

So a bath was in order. Unusual for me as I'm more of a shower person.
It didn't help much to be honest and I'm sure the rest of the pain is in the post...
