Reflection

I've not been looking forward to today for the past few weeks. My worries were totally unnecessary as the day turned out great!

Mr Mono had the day off work today to look after Aidan. I had a meeting this morning with my boss to discuss my return to work. I was really worried that it may have been quite negative but it went really well and I'm feeling quite happy at the prospect of going back. Nothing is final or agreed yet but I feel better having discussed it.

After my meeting at work Aidan, daddy and I went for lunch. This is where I got the photo of Aidan. He was sitting up really well in a highchair although he was turning and twisting around a lot. He's a very nosey little boy.

Then I had to go to the dentist this afternoon to have a filling replaced. I was really worried about this as the filling was done a while ago and has always caused me problems. Today it was all fine, no pain at all!

Tonight I baked a cake and made cookies! All in all it's been a great day :)
