Welcome to my world!

First day back at my lovely University after Easter. I do love how bright and light-filled the building is.

The atmosphere was tense as most people face exams and assignment deadlines in the next few weeks. This didn't help our practical Psychology experiment on the Social Contagion Hypothesis today (that is smile and people smile back - to you and me!). Trying to get any reaction, let alone a smile, was a real challenge!

Also really hard to get a computer station in the library, everybody typing frantically, keyboards chattering like demented crickets!

This central 'pod' of rooms is where we try to get our head around Philosophy of Social Science, led by the ever popular and inspiring JH.
I love these rooms but they make others nervous.
