Dancing Fowl
Today I was in Beacon Hill Park walking through the gardens when I heard a commotion among the ducks and geese in the pond. I sat at the side of the pond and saw that the ducks and geese were going under a spray of water and then flapping off the excess water. It was hilarious to watch the birds duck under the water than in a furious flapping of wings and squawking, spraying the water around them and setting off another round of flapping and squawking! I tried to capture a duck as they were flapping the water off and I liked this shot the best as the duck was standing upright in the water with his wings outstretched like he was dancing.
