Winter Fuel
A section from peat briquettes used to keep the open fire burning during the winter. Hopefully we won't be using this for a long time.
The 'B' represents Bord Na Mona, established over 50 years ago to develop Ireland's peat resources in the immediate post War years.
How long was this in the ground before we cut it out ?
