This rather lovely volunteer at the Priory took us and our son into the staff only area and unlocked the water wheel and the sluice gates. He then proceeded to explain the wholoe milling process to Ethan and allowed him to hoist the flour sack up through the floors etc. Really lovely stranger who made Ethan's day.
