New Lens Trauma

My new lens arrived ... a 150mm Sigma Macro. Had to dash out and buy food this evening and then spent the rest of the night puzzling over the instructions which talk about an AF/M switch that just isnt there - plus I can't seem to manage to get it to focus. Very confused ...help!

Sorry but it has to be another blip of Mac ... not managed to concentrate on capturing anything else.
