Edinburgh got hit hard by the weather this week. The shore line at Silverknowes and Crammond got tore up by the waves, yachts in North Berwick harbour were rag dolled and smashed by the wind and tide and roads across the area were closed due to snow.

After I stopped to help motorists stranded in the snow on the Edinburgh Bypass on Tuesday night I received this letter from Lothian and Borders Police today. Great public relations from them.
