smoke gets in your eyes...well, engines

happily driving to the airport this morning, looking forward to our holidays in ireland, checking in, waiting at the gate, seeing our plane land, being refuelled and packed with our luggage.
well, what better way to start your holidays than being told that the flight is cancelled and driving back home?

we have been re-booked for saturday and hope that the volcanic cloud has gone by then. sometimes, nature sucks a teeny-tiny bit. :)

now fingers crossed for saturday and all the best for everyone who's not as lucky as we are (being home again) but is stuck at some airport.
