Tax Day at the IRS

The IRS building has a line of last-minute taxpayers around the block; there was an ice cream truck and a group of protestors taking advantage of the captive audience.

This picture isn't as good as I would like, because I could only nab it at a red light, but I thought it was very fitting for my April 15th blip!
