Well..................

Our lovely Concierge, Stanislaw, waved us off from our Hotel in Krakow this morning and off we went to the Airport - not confident, but hopeful of getting home. No chance. Nobody was leaving the Airport! We had to make a hasty decision as we were advised to leave Krakow as quickly as possible before the invasion for the Funeral of the President at the week-end. Where to go?
After numerous messages and 'phone calls, Fi. ( A fellow Blipper) came to our rescue and invited us to Warsaw, where we are now ensconced ( hopefully, not for long) After a 3 hour train journey we arrived here and have enjoyed a lovely meal, welcome glass of red ( or two) and are trying to decide how to get back to the U.K.
What a day!
