Tram Tracks to Nowhere

There used to be a very good tramway system in town until it was replaced by buses.

Now we have a very small and pointless track that goes in a circle through the northwest side of the inner city.
The Council has decided to add to this track by laying down more tracks that will turn the circle to a figure eight that will loop through the southeast side - still pointless and way too expensive for any of the locals to ride.
