Well done me!!

Today I gave blood for the first time. It was very weird and I felt a wee bitty faint, but I got a big bandage, a sticker telling people to be nice to me AND a Tunnocks teacake. Totally worth it!!

ps - got it taken out of my right arm so was very difficult to take the photo hence the blur... excuses!!
