The news had reported that the Icelandic volcanic ash heading towards Scotland was going to give us a wonderful Sunset tonight, so I headed off, camera in hand the local beach to take advantage for the sunset.
These canoeists took advantage of the still waters of the river as the sun set over Fife, paddling past the coastline which had numerous photographers poised to get the perfect shot. I took loads of blips and though they were various shades of yellow to orange and red, this one sums up the evening for me.
Lovely night, brilliant sky, fellow photographers and a glass of cool white wine awaiting back at home!
