Sick Chick

This is my poor sick chick "S"
Having been feeling unwell for a few days, she spiked a temperature of 40.5'C - NHS24 - hospital and on a drip in 30mins - septicaemia.
Bedside vigil as her temp didn't come down and so got hammered with hefty antibiotics and that kicked it into touch. A few days of TLC, hospital food and then home if we are lucky a bit earlier than planned as we were deemed sensible enough to look after her!
Little did they know!
