stress on the Southbank...

tonight I am finding it very difficult to focus on anything.
I had a night time down at the Southbank meeting up with Kate, but I was very distracted with one particular patient whom I was worried worried about.
What's very difficult is when you're very concerned about someone or something but can do nothing not only to fix it, but even to know what's going on.
