Is it a bird or is it a plane .....?

Today was not so good for surfing but great weather for flying kites and this octopus kite is so easy it's very satisfying for little people! We spent some time at the beach before taking our friends to the airport - to give them a last burst of NZ blue skies and sunshine. Here's hoping they enjoyed they're trip as much as we enjoyed having them so they might come back one day?!
