Flopsy.....

.....bunny ears. Super lazy start to the day; really, we should have been up early and away, but sometimes you just have to listen to your body and take it easy. The morning forecast was poor too, so we slowed things down a bit.

Ethan came for a sleepover last night and Owen and he watched the latest edition of Dr Who and then spent the next 3 hours discussing it. They claim to be number one fans.

We dropped Ethan off at home this morning and stayed for a chat and a coffee with Claire (Ethan's mum). Then we headed up town for a one course lunch at A Room in the Town; my cod with chickpea and tomato stew was sublime.

Nancy is off to the Uni library to study and Owen and I have done the supermarché shop and are settling down to watch 9.

Hearing stories about people being stuck all over Europe and unable to travel because of the ash cloud. Some scientists have warned the eruption from Eyjafjallajoekull could continue for months....woohoo.....no London flights for me this week with a bit of luck (the trains are rammed too).
