Hooray!

Edinburgh Council found a part of the city where they hadn't yet flung up roadworks/closed streets/caused tailbacks and general havoc! How on earth do they keep outdoing themselves like this? Yay for our wonderful council and their ongoing campaign to bring Edinburgh to a standstill!

I call for a revolution.
