Making a splash for Marie Curie

It couldn't have been a better day for the Marie Curie Swimathon. Great weather and a really inviting pool to get into (and still no aircraft overhead).

Wallis, Danielle, Lynn and I swam 5k between us - the fun of sharing!

Not being a serious swimmer, it came as a bit of a shock that I had to wear a cap for the first time in adulthood, so they could tell what team I was in. Not much of a price to pay, I guess, considering the cause.
