Today i woke up extra early to run the Race for Spinal Victory. It was kinda nice out too. There was a wind though so it was a little cold but not when i was running. It got nicer as the day went on. There was lots of sun. I ran the 5k, 3.1mile race in 28 mins and 7 seconds...not to shabby.

Then for the rest of the sunny day me and my dad painted the banister in the back. Yupp, im the nice one who helps him while the rest of my family does nothing. But it was nice out so its okay. My dad did tell me that the paint would come off so i didnt mind getting it on me....did it come off? NO. not in the shower, or scrubbing, or hours later. My dad had to go out and get this stuff so it would come off. And its still not totally off...but it was a fun day.
