Redneck Picnic Table

We had our friends Laurie and Matt over for dinner last night (and to watch a movie - we're working our way through Ken Burns: National Parks).

The weather was so nice we wanted to eat outside, but of course we have no patio furniture as of yet (not to mention no patio). But no matter! The Professor is creative and fashioned a table from the leaf of our dining room table and two overturned recycling bins.

If nothing else, we are super classy.
