Part 2

We were here for a Christian Surfers Easter weekend Surf fest.. about 100 maybe 150 surfers camping out together and scoring some awesome waves.

We camped pretty well right on the beach, but the waves weren't great right there so we drove around a bit to get to some good spots. There are sooo many different waves around New Plymouth. No wonder its considered the best place in NZ to live if your a surfer.

This picture is where me and my group from Cambridge went most of the time. It was our secret spot. haha..A nice river mouth right.

Still amazed at how much surf ive been getting in NZ...even without owning a board.
