IRIS EVERYWHERE

I was up and down too many mountain roads yesterday so muscles are in revolt today.

These irises are everywhere now. They grow along roadsides and in unexpected places. They are probably garden escapees. The former owner of our house says these were here during World War II. They are still going strong and multiplying year by year.
