I have had few blip opportunities today and I was going to Sainsbury's when I thought "Mendips." It is a few hundred yards from where I live and on my way to the supermarket.John Lennon moved to live here with his Auntie Mimi when his parents' marriage ended. He and Paul would be banished to the porch as Auntie Mimi did not like the noise. Quite a few of their songs were pratised here.
