Just emerged

My neighbour called me into her garden as this little fellow had just emerged from his crysallis and he was drying out in the sun.

I'm feeling a little better today, not coughing as much, might even sleep in the same bed as Roy tonight (separate rooms for the last 4 nights). I've not been able to go to the gym so my weight is creeping slowly upwards, not good.
