Pre-school girl

Today was Grace's first proper session at pre-school. How quickly they grow up. Everyone warned us about it, and it is true. I thought I was meant to stay with her this morning, but all the parents just left, so I did too. I welled up a little, I must admit... Grace just carried on playing in the sand pit and didn't bat an eyelid. She came home with a painting and a cut out puppy dog in her new 'busy box', very happy and excited about her morning. When she was away, I managed a half hour nap when Ophelia went to sleep. Ophelia had another really awful night. She's not well at all, bless her.
