Sisters

Had a bit of a blip break as things were just a bit busy. In the meantime I managed to find the perfect house (felt like a 'Hiraeth' moment)! The park is at the end of the road and it's a lovely bikeable five miles from the office as opposed to the 50 mile round trip I was doing each day ... just hope all the paperwork falls into place.
Spent the last day of the holiday on a day with my big sis visiting Quarry Bank Mill which is a fascinating place. I love walking through places steeped in history wondering about the past, especially as many of my ancestors spent time working in cotton mills around Manchester. What I didn't notice till near the end was the 'no photo's' sign! oops.
