Plasmapheresis #2

These are the fluids I receive during the treatment - anticoagulant (wouldn't want a blood clot to form in the machine), saline, and albumin (the primary protein in plasma).

These treatments are pretty easy compared to the immune globulin last August. The staff really knows what they are doing, the people are friendly, and I fell asleep in the comfy bed. They woke me to tell me that I was done. Sweet!

I made it home on the train with no problem. But I was in bed by 8:30pm.
