It's a duck's life

For once I didn't have so many bags to carry today so I grabbed my camera with me and set off for work. I usually walk by a small lake and it was a beautifully sunny morning, so I took a small detour, camera in-hand.

This duck seemed so content, perching on one leg on the edge of the melting ice on the lake!
