Amaryllis surprise

It was just a bud when we went away, now look at it! Thank you Dazed & Mr dazed for watering it - and for donating it to us in the first place ;-)

I spent a lot of time on Skype to my friend H (one of my bliptogether victims subjects who is stuck in Hong Kong on her own (well, technically 2 other staff members are out there too but they are in a different hotel some distance away and wouldn't be my first choice for socialising - or any choice). She shoud have flown home after her week's teaching on Sunday night but is now being told the earliest she might get a flight is 7th May!
