Star of the Week

James (aged 11) was Star of the Week today - made more special because on this occasion it wasn't the teacher's choice, but the choice of his classmates.

The other children chosen to receive the awards in other classes had a few children stand up and say a few stilted words about why they were chosen. However James' teacher said that so many children voted for him that they sent him out of the room and collaborated in producing this and this which one eloquent girl read out.

My eyes leaked a little during the assembly when it was presented :P
