It's a love story. Baby just say yes ...

Tonight I was given the privilege of photographing an important event in the life of two little duckies.

Against all odds, they have found each other. Bucky came from the other side of the world. Buckita, a good Kiwi girl, had all but given up the hope of meeting 'the one'.

And yet they met. They fell in love. And now they plan to make it official.

Bucky, nervous, of course, popped the question this evening and the lovely Buckita said yes.

They plan to get married as soon as possible so that Bucky's travels can continue without too much delay.

In other, and rather more sensible news, tonight the wee Pio has finally settled in a bit. He has sat on the sofa with me for the past forty-five minutes, purring away. I think he feels at home and he looks soooo cute.

I figured I couldn't post another photo of him, but here's a sneaky peek.

Chunky home-made soup and bread for tea. Mmmmm.
