Arresting Development.

This place is being rebuilt from the inside out. It's just along from my work. S'nice. Verr nice. Talk of making the lower part a restaurant and the upper part flats. They'll sell like hot cakes. Funnnily enough, I've never bought a hot cake in my life. What's with that? Oh, and the flats already have a roof garden. Niiiiice.
