Flowers

The lovely thing about having lovely people to stay is that they bring you lovely flowers. So, here I am again with a lilies' shot as I'm so disorganised at the moment that I cannot get out and about to get anything more interesting.

Attended a great awards' event this afternoon to celebrate the success of the college supporting a group of young people from a local high school who had become totally disengaged from school. The success of the project has seen several of them applying to come to college full time, others applying for employment and the rest opting to stay on at school. Also, there was a table groaning with home-baked goodies produced by our hospitality students - what more could you ask for on a Wednesday afternoon?
