Hummingpecker??

A very odd sort of visitor to my hummingbird feeder today! And here I thought the hummingbirds were sooooo hungry! I took like 40 pictures of him - most very blurry. Shoulda opened the glass door at one point and took a few pictures. His red crest glimmered brightly in the sunlight! I was so waiting for one of the hummers to zoom by and chase his away. I think he's a downey woodpecker.

It's rather cold today . Windy and lots of threatening clouds. No rain yet!

I'm blipping early today! Once I saw this guy, I knew it would be my blip o' the day!

Now back to racing around.....
