Yup, it's scaffolding

Yesterday I wasn't sure what the metal objects were in my blip, but it was suggested they might have been scaffolding bases.
Today when I walked past the same yard all I could see was 100's of scaffolding poles. How could I have walked past this place so often and not noticed that!
