Waiting for action

I ran into a group of perhaps 40 policemen today. It was about 35 degrees, and they had taken off their riot gear and were lying and sitting in the shade. A few blocks away the red shirt protesters are still occupying a large area of Bangkok's business center - a situation that is getting more and more annoying all the time. During the last few days, the situation has become tenser, as everyone is expecting a crackdown.
