Emergency pesto making..

Were off on the first leg of our holidays tomorrow so it's been a bit frantic. What do you do the night before you go on hols? Pack a few things, make sure you 've got the money, the passport and the insurance.

Us? Well we make pesto to make sure we get the most from the
basil. Get that done and frozen, then start on the peppers, while making sure all the cucumbers have been picked and wrapped up in case we feel the need of a 'cuke rush' during the trip.

...and the Dog Pasha? Well he's sorted, bowl, treats (handmade of course, that was last night job) and his passport. You can't be a modern Eurodog without your passport - staying in kennels is so yesterday.
