Not so starry night

After seeing this shot by jrc313 thought I'd give it a go.

First problem was I don't have the Photoshop to run the action. After a bit of searching around I found a free program that does the job independently of any editing software http://www.startrails.de/html/software.html.

Second problem - too many clouds.

Anyway, for a bit of a twist I positioned my camera inside the house pointing out from the bathroom window. Turns out we have blue stars here in Eccles!
