day 1, sort of

orientation was exciting today. meeting new classmates, new people. the funniest part of the day was the equipment sale. some students had the hardest time selecting a color for the tubing on their stethoscope. i happen to think it was difficult for some because it was the most, and probably only, really involving choice we had to make all day because everything was already so well planned for orientation.
