First of the Many

... we hope!

Fresh from Evesham, these are the first British ones of the year. Very thin, sprue-like, but absolutely full of flavour. They are no more: cooked very briefly, and served with a little melted Normandy butter, they were wondrously delicious.

With food like this, I could become a vegetarian (but I rather doubt that I will).
