Forget me not

When I was little, I used to make tiny bouquets of flowers out of forget-me-nots. Still really love them :-)

Nature notes:
Today I saw 3 Bombus lapidarius; 3 Bombus terrestris; a brown speckly butterfly which I need to ID; first Bombus hortorum of the year; several Bombus pascuorum; lots of Anthophora plumipes (Hairy Footed Flower Bees); and a bee fly. I may have seen a Bombus hypnorum (Tree bumblebee) but it moved too fast for me to see properly; and I heard lots of different birdsong - frustratingly have no idea what kind of birds... am I getting a little worryingly nerdy about all this??

Think the butterfly I saw was a Chequered Skipper
