Perfick!

Is this the perfect start to a day or what?

A quick cycle round to the local shop for the paper. Then back home to breakfast alfresco - Cereals with fresh natural yoghurt and pumpkin seeds, smoked salmon on top of perfectly cooked scrambled fresh, local eggs, fresh coffe by the pot, the morning papers and last but not least, the sun.

Oh yes...................and the company of my lovely wife.
