Spend the day walking round Greenwich, going from pub to pub (not to mention coffee shops, restaurants and nightclubs) getting to understand a new client's business.

Meet loads of bar managers, ask them loads of questions, and drink loads of orange juice and fizzy water. At the end of the day, my feet are aching and my head is full.
