salmon fiest!

Today it was so cold, but I had been waiting for Saturday to make this summer's first smoked salmon. In my "duvet", I did do it. And it is so good! we had lots of salmon, part I did in oven and most I smoked in the garden. Wellcome summer and these pleasures!
