Chorizo
Frying off some Chorizo for our leek, butter bean and chorizo gratin. I thought it was fabulous, perhaps a little too much stock added. The Boy was a little less sure. Blinking lovely though.
In other news, I'm now almost half a stone lighter than I was at the beginning of March. Though if I eat too much of the gratin I may not be for much longer.
