Grainger Market

My entire family are coming to dine with me tonight, as it's round two, i.e. my turn to cook in our version of the competition. Got some fantastic bargain ingredients in the Grainger Market in Newcastle, including a massive bag of monkfish.

So far my pudding isn't looking the way it's supposed to, so hopefully the other courses will make up for it.
